Chakra Cracked Wheat

Cracked wheat is coarsely ground wheat. It contains all the nutrients that normal wheat has.

It is enriched with protein, iron, calcium and carbohydrates. It helps to lower cholesterol, is good for bones, digestion and helps to combat obesity. It also helps with chronic inflammation.
