Chakra Fenugreek

Fenugreek is a widely used spice in Indian cuisine and gives the typical flavour to authentic traditional Indian curries.

Furthermore, fenugreek seeds can be used in salads, pastries, bread, meat, vegetable dishes, salads, pea soup, carrots. Fenugreek is not only a widely used kitchen herb but also a healthy top herb. If you roast the seed for a while, the bitter taste disappears.

Add some fenugreek to your breakfast cereal or muesli. Really delicious!
