Enjoy this delicious, vegetarian South Indian Garlic Pickle and be surprised by the exquisite taste of South Indian cuisine. This highly concentrated pickle with garlic as a base with the tastiest mixed herbs and oil, is often used by adding 1 or 2 tablespoons (depending on your taste) to rice as a flavor enhancer, but can also be used as a dip for papads, for example.
Ingredients
Garlic, salt, sesame oil, chili, mustard, tamarind, fenugreek, cumin, acidity regulators (INS 260, INS 330), asafoetida.
