Features
Quick-cooking rice Jasmine brown rice still contains the skin around the grain and therefore has more nutritional value. It is first soaked and then steamed. This parboiled process shortens the cooking time from 35-45 minutes to approx. 12 minutes. This organic jasmine rice comes from Riseria Provero in Italy, cooks beautifully dry and has a soft and full aromatic flavour.
Preparation (2 persons)
Take 1 cup of rice with 1.5 – 2 cups of water and bring to the boil. Then let it simmer for about 12 minutes. Then stir the rice and let it evaporate.
