Features
White rice long is polished, which removes the skin. This gives this rice a shorter cooking time than brown rice. Our white rice long comes from Riseria Provera in Italy. It has a neutral taste.
Preparation (2 persons)
Take 1 cup of rice with 1.5 – 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Then let it simmer for 15 minutes. Then stir the rice and let it evaporate.
