Preparation

1. Wash the rice in plenty of water, drain.
2. Mix the rice with water, oil and salt (if desired) in a pan and let it rest for 15 minutes.
3. Then cook it for 15 minutes on a medium heat with the lid closed, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir the rice with a fork before serving.
