Shipment
Geenaardappels.nl offers a very extensive range directly available from stock. Certain products may be in limited supply due to the expiration date, when these products are not in stock this can delay your order by 2 to 5 working days. You will always receive a message about this by email.
Orders with fresh products
To ensure that products arrive nice and fresh to you as a customer, we mainly ship orders with fresh products on two days, namely Tuesday and Thursday.
For Tuesday shipping, your order and payment must be received by us before Monday morning 11:00.
For Thursday shipping, we must have received your order and payment before Wednesday morning 11:00.
This way, the products arrive at your home in good condition and fresh.
Orders without fresh products
We ship orders without fresh products every day of the working week.
Parcel services:
For domestic orders, PostNL is used. Orders placed on working days before 15:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday, in case of a holiday other than the weekend, the order will be shipped the next day.
For foreign orders we use PostNL, DHL or Bpost. Orders on weekdays, ordered before 15:00, will be shipped the same day. Orders ordered in the weekend will be shipped on Monday, in case of a holiday other than the weekend the order will be shipped the next day.
We ship all our orders with Track and Trace code. Shipping is free for orders over €49,- to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For all orders (excl. shipping costs) within the Netherlands up to €49,- a contribution of €6.37 (PostNL) will be charged for shipping costs.

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email with a track and trace link.
Your order will be offered for delivery by the carrier at the address you specified. If the delivery person does not find you at home, your package will be delivered to the nearest pickup point.
Change delivery time, destination or give permission to drop off.
You can check the carrier’s website for possible options.
Pick up
You can also pick up your order from us. This is possible on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 10:00 and 17:00 at Edisonstraat 3a in Buitenpost.
If you choose to pick up your order yourself, your order will be ready after you have received a pick-up confirmation from us by email. Please note: you will first receive a confirmation of your order, and at the moment your order is ready for you, a pick-up confirmation. Take this pick-up confirmation with you when you come to pick up your order.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have ordered from us, you have 14 days to let us know and then another 14 days to return it to us. We naturally assume that you will handle the packaging and the products with care. However, in the cases mentioned below we cannot accept the return shipment:
* We cannot accept opened and/or damaged products due to hygienic and health risks
* Fresh products
* All products returned after the period of 28 days after delivery
* Insufficiently stamped returns
If you are not satisfied and want to return the product, please send an email to: info@geenaardappels.nl. Please state your name, the order number of your order, which product(s) you wish to return and of course the reason for the return.
You can also use the following withdrawal form.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
The costs for the return shipment are for your own account, unfortunately it is not possible to exchange.
